It’s a tin hat scaffold that would have been put in place by the main contractor to keep the property covered during the renovation work. Pretty standard practice.

@@atlantic_renewables Here they install up to 20 panels. A team of 2 people, 2 houses each day. But these GSE panels might take a bit more time.
