Miley and I spend a third night at the Festa Sao Joaoninas in Angra Do Heroismo we watched the parade of folk groups wearing traditional outfits and spend some time at the carnival, eating cotton candy. Enjoyed the beautiful evening with song and dance

Yes I believe that instrument was invented here on the island. There’s also a bagpipe type instrument that was also invented here.
