OUR THORNWICK BAY CAMPING HOLIDAY!!! | THORNWICK BAY 2022 VLOG..!
Hello and welcome to this special holiday vlog. For my 26th birthday, myself and Kayleigh decided to go tenting to Thornwick Bay, a Haven holiday park in Bridlington, Scarborough. As we were camping we did everything campers would do, put the tent up, created our own entertainment and even the morning breakfast routine. However, all is not what it seems. We made the decision to go to Alpamare Water Park in Scarborough for my official birthday, before returning to the site find out that our tent had collapsed and become broken. Hi guys I just watched you camping video while sitting in my lounge room in Australia 🇦🇺. I’ve been a camper all my life, my wife and went camping down the east coast of New South Wales a couple of weeks ago, we used our air tent for the first time, it’s absolutely fantastic, dump that tent with poles, air beams don’t break in wind they flex and bounce back to shape. It is without question the best tent we have ever owned and used. There’s plenty of videos on you tube about air tents they are the best thing ever. Mind you, I’ve only just seen your video today, a year later, so maybe you’ve already bought one, but really ditch the pole tent and go air tent.

The wind can get a bit fierce at Thornwick. It is one of our favourite camping sites, even though the 35mph+ gusty winds did nearly destroy our previous 3 man Vango pole tent about 4 years ago, although to be fair we only suffered a slightly pulled seam, and only changed the tent to upgrade to an airbeam one. There's a lovely chippy in Flamborough, I think its called the Lighthouse chippy or something similar.

I put 3 frozen water bottles in my cooler lasts 2_3 days dependending on weather

Get yourself a berghaus air 4 tent best tent I've owned ..feel safe in them as there good strong tents ...never going back to a pole tent again

We bought a new kettle on our last camping trip, but due to bad weather we didn't get to use it. Plus our camping stoves take a while to heat water

You could have boiled water in a saucepan for your cup of tea lol voices very low
