When our thoughts and emotions are directed in a certain direction, they often lead to the creation of corresponding events in our lives. For example, having self-confidence can lead to you getting a promotion at work. Or, conversely, fear of failure can stop you from making risky but potentially successful decisions.
As a result, when creating an event in our lives, we often say: “Well, I told you so,” closing the circle of our perception of reality. And the connection between our thoughts, emotions and actions is incredibly powerful. Every day we shape our reality based on our inner beliefs and feelings. And understanding this connection can give us the key to creating the life we truly want to live.
