Is Tutanota the paid version of the free Tuta mail? And is it a separate app?

Hi there, the difference was the first step of our rebranding. Tutanota was the original name and we have recently switched to the shortened Tuta. Only paid subscriptions can currently use the new "Tuta.com" domain for creating email addresses.

This sounds like a network issue on your side. Regardless you can send your home IP to [e-mail] so we can look into this if the issue it still there.
