Our weekend on a Chaparral Signature 260. Is this an RV?

Is a cabin cruiser boat an RV? Pam and I spent the weekend with our friends Darren and Kristen. They tried to convince us that their boat is an RV. One thing is for sure it has recreation covered. We had a great time on the Chaparral Signature 260.
Pam and I both agree that a cabin cruiser boat should be classified as an RV. We look forward to observing Darren and Kristen as they look for a bigger cabin cruiser. A cabin cruiser just may be in our future.
