Manono Island, Samoa: Your PERFECT Holiday Destination!

Manono, Samoa, this small and traditional island lies in the Apolima Strait and separates the islands of Upolo and Savaii'. Although it is only 4 kilometers from Upolo, Manono seems like it is a world away as you step into the true, traditional Samoan lifestyle. There are no cars or dogs, but plenty of beaches, unbelievable snorkeling and swimming in the marine-protected lagoon, and one of the most beautiful private islands we have ever enjoyed!
Come enjoy a day with us as we discover this beautiful island, snorkel in the crystal-clear waters, enjoy delicious Samoan food, and even see a whole fever (that means group) of sting rays or squadron of manta rays! It was a day never to be forgotten.
If you would like to visit Manono Island you can reach out to the Samoan Tourism Authority (www.samoa.trav.... There is no set timetable for boats between the islands: simply head to the Manono-uta wharf next to Le Vasa Resort and arrange a trip on-site for the day. You can also kayak the 4 kilometers to Manono with tour operators.
