One thing about Polynesians whether in the US, New Zealand, Australia or in the homeland itself. Music is a way life, but more so then it sounding good, it invokes a spirit of love and respect especially when shared with others. Love that I am rooted this way, and this family could feel this in the hearts of these Children of Samoa! Malie te pese mai Tuvalu ma Kiribati

That was a really touching moment in church, when the kids were singing "I am a child of God", it brought me to tears reminiscing on my childhood growing up in Samoa in the Mormon church. There is something unique about your channel and I'm excited to visit the places in Savai'i that your family have shared. Fa'afetai tele lava for sharing the positive mana of our island paradise and I hope your family enjoys the rest of your time there. God Bless 🌺🌺

@@OurBackmanFamily definitely was. That pool used to be larger in the 90s but beach erosion over the years and frequent severe weather have caused it to shrink in size. We used to jump from a high cliff-like sandbank into the pool, that's how much change there's been. Grandparents are buried near the purple house (our family home) as our as other relatives. Miss them dearly, oh the good ol' days 😁❤ glad you enjoyed the Asaga Mangroves 👍
