If you like geometric 70’s look use painters tape to create triangles of all shapes and sizes and paint them in the 70s inspired colors!! I did an accent wall in my home like this and i am OBSESSED.

Oh goodness, I needed this! I was trying to sew on a new sewing machine, and having an obsene amount of trouble. Eventually, I was frustrated, in tears, and just stormed off. I came to youtube for comfort and to get my mind off it, and your video's always put me in good moods! Keep being awesome, Emelyne!

I also used drop cloths to re-cover my couches in my house, its is a great economical idea. Word of advice: they stain easily. An option for that is to get the spray ScotchGuard and do a few coats or at the very least, if you don't like covering it with chemicals, have a heavy duty spot cleaner in the camper if you go on trips. Your videos are awesome!

I’m working on remodeling a camper that my husband got from his uncle before we got married and he wanted to keep it mostly original. But it’s ALL wood. Like a red red wood with stain dripping down and water damage and everything. I’ve been doing most all of the work on it and I finally convinced him that we need to replace some walls and paint it. I’ve only primed and it’s already a thousand times better and looks way bigger!You just gotta do what you gotta do!

I love that you’re making your new camper your own. I don’t know anything about design or rebuilding, but I would probably attack it the way you have, just come up with an idea and go for it. I loved TIGER KING. At first I thought it was boring, then it turned into a murder mystery, and I LOVE murder mysteries. I’m not sure what happened, but I can’t wait to find out what happens with any possible investigations. I know I’m happy I don’t know people like them. Have fun with your renovations! I know I’m having fun watching your progress.

Just a helpful tip... when using a table saw your blade should only go a little bit above the wood you're cutting. That way if you have an accident you don't chop fingers off, just some nasty cuts. I have a family member that lost fingers by not doing it properly.

I don't think that any one should be upset with you for your design choice, you bought and paid for the camper and what ever you decide to do is your choice no matter what your reasons are, if someone doesn't like what you do with it, they need to go buy their own camper and do what they want to do. All you are doing is showing them that if you can do it, so can they. Your showing them your camper from start to finish and how and what you have chosen to do. I like what you have chosen to do with your camper, the outcome for you and your husband is prefect for you guys. Great job.

I agree with not worrying about what people say. We are remodeling a 1973 Taurus camper and I want it to look new. I'm not really into the vintage look. I've watched a lot of the vintage camper rally videos. Yes, they are very cute to look at, but how functional is an old stove....and I was young when the style colors were gold and avocado green. Nooooooo....I never want to live in that again LOL! I love all your videos. They are very helpful with great ideas. Thank you for all your time.

Could you find a Bee stencil on Amazon to keep the Honey theme going....and maybe some daisies or what ever your favorite flowers are? Do like a country meadow theme with Honey Bee's flying around with the little - - - - - to map out their flying patterns from flower to flower. You could get some small bottles of stencil paint and just go to town creating what a field next to your dream house would look like....with Apple trees and what ever your imagination can dream up! 💖💖💖💖💖 Stay safe, healthy and Blessed during this time! 🙏🙏🙏

I bought a 1976 old camper recently and we have water damage in the right corner of the dinette too. And in the washroom floor. So I am tearing a lot of it out. The coach potatoe peanut gallery can zip it. Hahahaha. Do you sister!! Can't wait to watch the rest and see how yours turned out.

It looks fantastic! You should be able to get some stencils to use for painting to get that 70’s vibe! I grew up in the 70’s and I remember the wall paper as being big orange flowers or cool shapes. I think the camper looks great...making it your own! Take care!

We have a camper almost identical to yours. We were beyond lucky ours was in mint condition inside and out so we could keep it original. We needed to change all the towing parts and some of the frame under the camper. I think yours will be sweet when it's done. I'd say not to use those head rest things. Good luck with the rest of the renovation

Have you thought about looking at stencils or making a stencil if someone you know has a circuit. That seems easier then just straight up hand painting. Maybe that’s just my shakey hand lol. You made me want a project camper!!!!

I’m from the 70s and believe it or not even in the 70s wallpaper was expensive so what are used to do what is buy wallpaperAnd create it a border And looks so beautiful 😍 And definitely very very 70s all you do is get wallpaper Cut the size of border you want to work it also makes the space look longer the length and the width just an idea 💡🤫Thank you for sharing

It’s a dewalt cordless angled finishing nailer. Sometimes the nails are tricky to buy/find in stores but other than that it works great!
