@ouroilyhouse Laura, You are most fortunate that you've made these recordings🌻I often hear your sweet little boys voices in the background and I'm reminded that my boys voices have changed so much. It's a blessing to be able to listen to old family footage and hear those little voices again. I hope that you are doing well and that all is good with your your newest blessing❤Take care.

Same with me, it would be sandwiches for lunch I’m afraid or veggies with dip, etc. But I guess thats the difference between loving to cook and not. I don’t hate cooking but certainly don’t enjoy it that much. Not a lazy bone in hers and her sister’s body. Everything looks so delicious all the time.

One of the perks of being a stay at home mom…. ❤… too bad more parents don’t do this. I realize some need to work but it’s not difficult to work opposite hours of each other so that one parent can be home at all times. We’ve just grown into a country of those who refuse to make sacrifices…

@@nancyfarkas3592 I don’t believe its a society thing as much as it females love being a “I don’t need no man I got this” kind of attitude. Most females who are stay at home moms still cry about it and make it seem as though it’s such a tough exhausting “job”. I will never understand why parents are running behind a child that can walk and talk picking up after them. A child that can dig out their toys to play with them can certainly put them back where they found them. It’s also nothing to hear parents say “Don’t mind the house we have children”. 🙄

I think most people would buy hamburger & hot dog buns, bread, etc. Just amazes me that Laura makes theirs....& all the meals from scratch. Smaller families take shortcuts, I'm sure. I love that Laura doesn't. She must have incredible energy. Large family, house upkeep, meals...& let's not forget she chooses to hand wash all the dishes even tho they have a dishwasher!! Wow. Plus, she makes soap, cleaning products, etc.... Quite the woman. 😊Just imagine the memories these children will have as they grow up. ❤

Greetings from the middle of Nebraska! We get cicadas around the middle of July. They only last a couple weeks. A wives tale states that upon the first sound of the cicada, 6 weeks later will be the first frost. Sometimes it is true! Right now we are dealing with "millers" as we call them or smaller sized moths that are migrating through Nebraska. They are annoying and as we call them "dusty". Thank you for sharing the various recipes. I loved hearing the little voices now and then. By now perhaps you've had your baby! Prayers that everything goes well with mama and baby!! God bless!
