I remember this home without the right side attached. My Grand, me and my 3 other sisters used to live there when I was around 3 (1964). She needed to rent a room for all of us so we'd have a place to call home. Now I'm in my 60's and still remember living in the top front right room. We used the stairs attached to the right side of the home to enter our room. I've been in all the rooms while living there and rented from a lady named Babe. I remember the HUGE room with the high ceiling and going up/down the stairs inside for breakfast in the kitchen. Very fond memories for sure! Beautiful home

That convex mirror looks a little like a black mirror. This house is so lovely and serene. I don't think I could ever be in a bad mood if I lived there. I love color but I love subtle color, pastels, peaceful. And no amount of knick knacks, pictures, and bric-a-brac are enough for me. What can you even say about the furnishings, fabrics, and the chandeliers? Absolutely gorgeous. So tasteful and the owner is so knowledgeable and interesting. I wish I could go on the tour in the spring to see this magnificent home in person.

Only Ebenezer Scrooge would sell a house and not the connecting bank! The Banker's House; wow, wee! What a beautiful, peaceful abode with a fabulous antiques collection! I sat in awe with my mouth wide open the entire video. You would think I was at the dentist's, my mouth numb open with Novocain. The beautiful antiques in this house are beyond exquisite. They are elegant, totally impeccable, and well placed. It was like I was walking through rooms/crevices of multi-countries history, anxious to see what I'd encounter/learn next. And, all of it was protected by solid brick interior walls throughout, masked by plaster, which makes the house fireproof. Once again, L&K, you outdid yourselves; as did Banker's House owner Kevin Stone! K's exceptional videography captured every minute detail of this grand home. It was a pleasure touring this house!

This is a interesting house and Laine is an excellent host. Indeed as he stood there in the foyer relating the history of the house I suddenly saw myself slipping behind him, and dropping my keys on the table and running upstairs to change my clothes for dinner.
