Lisa, I was quite surprised when you mentioned you have 3 sisters and 4 brothers because my siblings are exactly the same.Families back when I was born (1957) were large, not so common today.Anyway, all of these projects are beautiful but the birdhouse is a work of Art. It was so genius of how you made this birdhouse without a pattern or print. That takes a lot of thinking. Great job! The gourd is also so unique and how I love the nest. Thank you for sharing.

Wow I have so many bed springs that I took off a mattress and box springs I made some Christmas trees a few yrs back and also a pencil / pen holder. I couldn’t think of anything else. Thank God I subscribe now I can do this Just in time for Christmas. I would like to figure out making the church u mentioned. Let me know if ur way for making the church is better/ easier. O Lisa these are so cute and very inventive! Where do you get the bed springs? I have a little star on top of a bedspring, it's something I bought yrs ago, but I've never found any. I love that you and your sisters have such a wonderful tradition! My only sister has moved to Florida and I really miss doing our little things we've done for years 😢. Very cute bedspring crafts. I loved the gourd, but a little worried about the mold inside. Years ago I watched videos and read books about gourds, and I seem to remember they all cleaned out the inside somehow so nobody got sick from the mold. I have bought many gourds but am afraid to cut into them. Please be careful and maybe investigate this issue. Would hate for you or others to get sick or worse. Thanks!

Hi Lisa, these bird houses and the nest are beautiful. You are so talented and you seem to be able to make anything you put your mind to. The first bird house looks so good. I have a lot of that scrapbook paper that looks like wood and I’m pretty certain I’ve only used a couple of sheets out of all I’ve got. I’ve not really found anything that I want to use it on. It’s in storage in another state at the moment but I really don’t think I’ll ever use it so if it’s still okay after being stored where it is I’ll post it to you so you can use it. The Gourd looks great sitting on the spring also and I love the way you decorated it. The little nest looks so cute with the bird in it. I wish my imagination would stretch to do things like you do. I wouldn’t have the patience, at least I don’t think I would anyway. TFS Lisa and as usual for all the inspiration that you give all of us. Also thank you so much for your prayers, I really appreciate them. You and Myra are such beautiful, caring, people. At least you know why I keep vanishing. I haven’t really told anyone except for my family and friends and I really don’t know how I ended up telling Myra but I’m glad I did cos my family can use all the prayers we can get at the moment. Because this was a silicone mat, you almost have to use a damp cloth. Most really likes to stick to silicone 😉

I love all 3 of these birdhouses, but my favorite one is the first one. I love the first one. The cinnamon aged that so much, it hit home for me! The gourdg wiggling on the bed spring had me laughing. Thanks for sharing these ideas. I have a few, but I am lost as to what to do with them. Will see what the next video is b4 I decide what I may.
