Our cucumbers didn't do well at all because of the drought. We've already pulled the vines up. I love tomatoes cut up in cottage cheese with salt and pepper. It grosses my family out, but it's delicious.

Do you get your apples from Steel Orchard? My first time, 2022, awesome! Last year, not much. I make what I called stewed apples, just cooked a long time in the crockpot with butter, fake brown sugar and cinnamon. Eat them daily during the season. I hope they have plenty this fall! Have a great week - no rain here in Pelham either, having to water my tomatoes twice a day, but they need the rain... Hot, hot, hot.

When I saw that lizard thing at 1:06 I thought y'all were still outside, maybe in the chicken coup getting eggs, and I thought it was a dead animal when it got kicked out of the way! 😱 I had to go back several times to figure out y'all were in the house and it was just a toy! Tell Audrey to try the Buffalo pretzel crisp (thin ones) with her cottage cheese. I keep saying I’m going to have something different for lunch but keep having that. And the regular pretzel crisp with the new jig chocolate and peanut butter is good.
