Grocery Haul and Freezer/Pantry Challenge Finale!!!

Our Oven Pancakes (Oven Cakes?)
4 eggs
4 cups whole wheat flour
3 cups milk
4 Tbsp coconut sugar
1/3 cup baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut oil
Beat eggs until fluffy. Add other ingredients and mix until it just comes together. Spread on trays with parchment paper and cooking spray (if you have it!). Bake at 350 degrees for around 20 minutes.

@@j.a.8969 Exactly. There's a big difference between bragging about yourself and wanting to be an encouragement to others. I don't believe for one second that Sarah and Solo were trying to give themselves a pat on the back for what they did. I think they were just putting it out there to inspire others to pay it forward. I've ben thinking about doing a pantry challenge myself, and seeing how Sarah and Solo were able to help others really inspires me to actually succeed for a change. Alianora and her pastor may think that this family isn't godly, but I could say the same about them. Since when is it godly to basically say the only reason you should help others is so you can get something out of it." "keep it quiet or you won't be blessed." Wow, talk about selfish. Maybe Sarah and Solo's idea of being blessed is spreading a loving, positive message, especially during this time of year. (Lent). Maybe their idea of being blessed is lighting that fire under their subscribers and getting them to pay it forward. When I'm successful in my challenge and I'm able to use those savings to help others, I'll do it with Sarah and Solo in mind, so take that naysayers!

Oh Seth!! 😍 the way he was smiling at you when you were talking! So I’ve been building up to it to get a bit of a stockpile in the house, I started off doing a 2 week food shop for a few months. Then this month we have done a month! - I feel happy to have all the food in our house! It’s like a security blanket.
