I left a similar comment on your short but heres a level 150 build: Starting class-hero 60 vig 20 mind 30 end 54 strength 10 dex 7 int 15 faith 33 arc Talisman: shard of Alex, carian filigreed, spear, two handed Armor: all nights cavalry with black knife hood for 51 poise Physick: faith knot (gives total 25 faith for golden vow before bosses), greenburst Same feedback, I have no idea why you would use thorny cracked tear here. Its a waste, as well a rotten winged sword. Its never gonna proc.

I beat melania 2nd try. It’s weird how people said she was hard. I literally beat her first phase in 30 secz. 2nd phase in 60. I used scav dual Bleed curved swords. Kinda blew me away

I rarely do showcase fights on her, her hitbox is annoying. The weapon really shines on her because of its tracking, it counters her BS. :)

It's still excellent for this weapon. The explosion portion of the skill is very FP intensive and will often miss if you didn't charge all the way through your target. If you use it you get used to the wonky hit box but it could use some patching. About 2/3 of the time you're better off just following up the initial charge with an r1 while the target is staggered. Certainly better than a consecutive hit talisman. I've been using it a ton since the DLC launch and I generally go with Green Turtle/Shard/2H Sword/Spear for bosses and swapping spear out for crusade insignia in between bosses.

Please, stop putting Rotten Winged Sword Insignia in all your builds. It is almost useless with such slow weapon like "Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword". You need minimun 3 hits to reach first tier (+6%) damage increase and it will disapear after 1.5 sec not attacking.

It was one of my criticism of the weapon. A lot of things don't work with the skill. I would rather have that than nothing else. I had the same criticism in the script and I took it out. It is valid, but it is what it is. The skill doesn't stack with a lot of talismans.

​@@OUSAYT Every talisman doesn't have to boost a weapon art to make the build good. This weapon isn't meant for a big numbers 1 shot build. It's meant to be a highly mobile hard hitting weapon. The regular weapon swing/poke moveset is the best for a collosal sword in the game imo. 2H sword talisman is useful. It's stamina hungry so 2h turtle talisman is a must imo. If you're looking for a flat damage buff crusade insignia is going to be up about 95% of the time for mobbing and field bosses. It's one of the heaviest weapons in the game so great jars arsenal or Erdtree favor are incredibly useful for lower level builds. This weapon synergizes well with a lot of talismans, just not skill boosting talismans. The stat allotment was good but the talisman choices make me think you only used this weapon enough to get some clips because your viewers voted for it.

at ng+4 you’d be scraping these larval tears off your toilet seat, it’s better to experiment than not. Besides I’ve seen people saying it still wrecks in ng+4

@@OUSAYT red feathered branchsword works when your hp is below 20% and bloodsucking cracktear drains Drains 0.2% max HP/s + 20 HP/s. Its alright if you kill the boss in 10secondes, otherwise you'll either just die or drink a flask and red feathered branchsword won't be active anymore. I would recommande using another talisman that increase damage depending on the build that doesnt involve HP if you use bloodsucking cracktear

I can tell you right now, you not showcasing the true damage you can get, HOWEVER, I have an over leveled character, which should be even more interesting to be honest, because that mean's i'm not seeing the true damage out put number's, my character lvl is 397, when I strike with that blade i'm seeing 3800 on light explosion, but my strength is only 28, because i'm mostly a mage build, so I can't even imagine what the true power output would look like with both strength and Arc S ranked for those stat's.
