This is a terrible product. You just can't operate a digital alarm clock with just three buttons. I have one and I can't set it. The procedure for setting it so complicated I seem to get it wong every time. It would help a hell of a lot if they included instructions, but they don't.

If the power goes out the battery will keep the time correct even though you cannot see a display.

For 12 H, you have to get to pm and it’ll say it on the screen similar to what the AL looks like, he shows 3am in the video.

You can plug it to a wall socket but it only comes with a wire that plugs into the clock and ends on a usb. It doesn't come with the attachment that plugs into the wall.

It's been a while since I had the clock. I gave it to a friend so I can't mess with it. Did you try letting it go a full round? Meaning from 12 to 12 to see if an am or pm thing appears?
