Yes indeed! That is John Reaff, himself! This video does appear to have been shot sometime in the 1990's. I, too had the pleasure of meeting John, along with my mother, her sister and my cousin Flossie. He invited us into his humble home, where we sat down on an old backseat from an old automobile. Not one to be wasteful, John would boil his morning eggs and save the water for tea later and that is how he served us our tea.

This is John Raeff, we used to meet him on that same stretch of road on way to church on holidays in 70s and eighties. This looks as if shot in the nineties-good to see he lived to a good age-think his house still lies empty. Joe Logue mentioned was married to my dad's Aunt Kitty from Glenvar
