In your town, is there even a food truck that sells breakfast burritos, tamales, coffee or hot chocolate? If not, could be an idea for a business. Would people in your town go to a coffee shop? Did you take the older girls something? So it’s like a taco bar? Do they sell traditional eggs, hash browns and sausage? Corned beef hash! Pancakes and waffles? Omelettes? Love the handmade clay mugs. Oh piloncio is cane sugar. Would love to try a cup of that coffee except with stevia. Mexico seems to use a lot of fresh ingredients without the cost. I wonder how America got away from that? Probably convenience and greed. Was Erasmo’s dad’s surgery and physical therapy all paid for by the free healthcare? Is big Erasmo happy to be living in his hometown in Mexico or if things had been different, would he rather be in Minnesota?

We have been homeschooling for 7 years now. We feel us parents should be the educators of our children. We are true Mexicans or "locals". We live like many others here. Go check out past videos for cooking, laundry, etc
