The dozer is definitely growing on me. It’s got a fair number of foibles but when it does work properly it’s pretty satisfying. Being able to tilt the blade so one side is lower or higher is extremely useful for leveling, which is a weakness of the wheel loader. Thanks for the video - looking forward to more! Happy digging!

Really fun video! Just something to think about: Pushing Dirt from one place to another - Bulldozer Digging down (ie a pit) - Excavator Digging into the side of a mountain - front loader These are just what I've found to work best for each case.

Now the dozer works amazing, it bites so hard but does not stop you, it just plows so well

EDIT: My mistake, this is the biggest. Sorry, I'm quite a few episodes ahead and lost track I think this is the mid-size dozer. In a future episode, I trade it in for the biggest

Nice game. I'm going to wait a bit till it gets a bit more mature but you definitely got me interested! Always loved playing with dozers and excavators in the sandbox as a child 🙂

It is and I think has even been improved since this was recorded. The menus have changed a lot so be aware of that as well. Happy digging!

I just got done building a concrete path from one of the mountains to the quarry. The closest one to the NE. Took a few hundred thousand and 3 hours, and I still can't use it because I'm already at the rock and I'm not level 22 yet

thanks for another video! what is your layout on the controls for the front loader? are you using default with mouse?

It's default mouse control except I think I inverted the boom control. I used front loaders a lot on Farm Sim 17 and 19 so have a lot of muscle memory for that configuration

Sorry, I don't follow how your keyboard would prevent you from using the mouse. When I'm running the wheel loader I drive with WSAD and use the mouse for camera and also boom and bucket@@grimliver3498

oops i miss read the message, you have great control, is it something that take long to pickup? i was thinking of using a controller have you tried that on the game? also do you think you will get back to railroads online?@@KerboOnYT

It does take practice to get smooth. The couple hundred hours running front loaders and telehandlers in farm sim was good practice. I have tried a controller in this game but I'm terrible with a controller so went back to mouse and keyboard. There will be more RRO when it gets enough of an update to peak my interest.@@grimliver3498

Everything use to work really well, of course it took time to get it to that point, then the dirt rework came and botched everything again.... BUT its just part of the process.
