Thank you Ahmed! We are in the USA in Chicago and we are Americans and Latin Americans with very little exposure to Arabic Music even though we Love it so much! Our friend Omar al Musfi the master percussionist from Syria has taught us a lot but these songs are definitely coming from my impression of the Beautiful Sounds, Rhythms and Vibe from your part of the world, out of deep Love and Respect! Spain is called Flamenco, and England is called Gypsy. The word 'gypsy' evolved from 'Egypt'. At first, the British mistakenly believed that this group of wandering people came from Egypt, but in reality, they came from northern India, which had fled after being massacred by the Turks. Therefore, the Gypsy/Flamenco people were Indians who could not find their way home. In North African Arab music, suddenly adding flamenco dance feels wrong.
