Hello, To resolve the issue, please contact our technical support team or create a HelpDesk ticket. Also, please make sure to check the following: 1. How did you determine that the device did not work? Did the LED fail to blink to indicate wake-up? 2. Have you verified the status of the device through the EYE App to confirm that it is not functioning? 3. Could the device have been activated earlier? If a strong magnet was moved near the box before removing the device, it might have already been triggered. Please note that the LED blinks only during the wake-up process. 4. What type of magnet was used? Was it a strong metal magnet with a significant pull to other metals, or a softer magnetic mixture? If you did not purchase the device directly from Teltonika, please contact your distributor.

Hi how many eye sensor devices can be connected to one mobile having the eyeapp. Also will the mobile be able to move the data to a cloud for us to download remotely?

Hello, Thank you for your question! In connection mode for configuration in the EYE App, one EYE Sensor can be connected. However, in general, Bluetooth connection, up to 8 EYE Sensors can be connected to one mobile device. Regarding the number of devices that can be scanned by a mobile phone, it depends on various factors such as the smartphone model and the Bluetooth environment. Generally, scanning 200+ EYE Sensors is practical, and even up to 1,000 EYE Sensors in a Bluetooth-heavy environment. However, data reliability may become more challenging to guarantee with a larger number of EYE Sensors. As for moving the data to the cloud, the EYE App is only meant for configuration, scanning devices around, and checking values. It cannot move data to the cloud. Therefore, a third-party app that can scan and upload data to the server is required for cloud data transfer.

Hello, EYE Beacon is designed for more industrial applications. However, from a technical standpoint, it is possible to use it at home if you have Bluetooth gateway(s) and attach an EYE Beacon to the cat. Please note that it would only provide the cat's presence within the gateway's working range. This means that if you have one gateway and three rooms, it would be difficult to determine exactly which room the cat is in. A third-party platform would also be needed.

Hello! Thank you for your question! Missing firmware means that the Eye Beacon or Eye Sensor turned out to be without firmware. In this case, you need to unpair the devices, clear the Bluetooth cache, and data and then you will be able to recover the firmware via Eye APP.

Is there any wireless GPS device with more than 10 days battery that can support multiple eye sensor

Hello, thank you for your question! Device configuration and environment can affect the battery in many different ways. Connecting with several different sensors would also include additional power consumption. We do, however, have a device which should hold for at least 10 days with minimal configuration for Bluetooth broadcasting settings together with BLE sensors. It is called FMB965 that has an upgraded backup battery with capacity of 1200mAh which would provide the device with enough power to make it last at least several days. Please also note, that GPS devices usually need a power source to start up. For example, vehicle and power supply. However, it also depends on the way you configure the device, please note, functionality that usually affects the way the device is sending or receiving the signal, data, Bluetooth connection, their sending intervals are usually the most draining settings for the GPS devices.

We have fixed Eye Sensor inside air tight Refrigerated container. When door of container is closed, sensor is not able to connected with the GPS device via bluetooth and transmit current temperature and Humidity reading. Kindly suggest how do we resolve the issue

Signal can be disturbed because of the thickness of the wall, strength of your broadcasting, period of your broadcasting, the mounting distance between the sensor and FM device and FM device scan period.
