i took cole mathis in my save as a two way player, mostly progressing as a potential mlb hitter, could be a 5th or 6th rotation arm in a pinch if he hits fully

First couple drafts are so not good, that if you can get a 6th starter or bench bat out of it, I think you did well.

you can turn down international scouting discoveries in settings under league settings, players. it says the default is 16 per year but mine had 32 per year when I started my save.

Mine defaulted to 64! I changed it back to 16 though.

for some reason the international discoveries in ootp 25 is defaulted to the "a lot" option so you get 64 a year instead of the actual default of like 6 or 12
