Loren Allred - Hands down THE best vocalist in this video. Posted many reviews of this gal already. Nowhere but up here. Sara Budeanu Romania's Got Talent 2024 - 2nd best vocalist in this video. Incredible voice. Then: Maxwell Thorpe, tied with Roland Abanet & one of my very favorites Cakra Khan- Simon's interruption on this one was moronic. Summer Rios is next- Still a little development needed- but she'll be big, if she can avoid the pitfalls coming her way. Now, these are just my picks. The reason I don't choose children? Because no one ever should. They're not ready for this lifestyle, for one. For another, the pitfalls can literally be dangerous- no matter what mommy & daddy might think, they can't always protect them from LIFE. Also, while many of these kids are good singers now, their bodies AND voices, are still changing. And even the very slightest change, can alter what made them so popular to begin with. And THIS? Can be extremely devastating to them in the long run. Too many people live in the damn moment, instead of the future, where we are ALL heading, at break-neck speed. It cannot be stopped, and we cannot go back. Once damage is done, it may become permanent- and this should be THE main concern for EVERY parent, when bringing a child to shows like this. Lastly- Singing Karaoke really isn't that difficult. Singing another's song may, at times, even sound better to many, than the original artist. Sometimes this is true. But they do NOT have that artists Vocal DNA- they are not the ones who brought that song to life. The original artist did. Now, some songs are actually, specifically written, with certain people in mind- so this is different than what I'm speaking of. Some of these artists singing popular songs, everyone already knows? If they TRULY wish to prove themselves to someone like myself? Choose a song FEW KNOW. And make THAT your own. Bring THAT to a new life, with YOUR OWN version of it. Doing so? Will show people the REAL artist, you believe yourself to be.
