Season 4 is THE best season of SOA, anyone can fight me on this!!!! Plus, Ryan Hurst season 4 "Opie" is single handedly responsible for my look since. Long hair, beard etc I even have a nack tattoo (a Kraken attacking a galleon at sea.) Although I did shave it all off for charity about 4 years back and donated the hair for children with cancer, a wig was made from it. But since then it's not been cut and I look like a cross between a Young Boone/old Opie. That's me in my profile pic.

Fans were so mad he cut his hair! To me, it’s like this was the beginning of the end for Jax. It’s like the first 3 seasons were of his innocence. Once he went to Ireland, the bomb had been planted.

No No No you guy's, Lyla had an abortion ( Opie's baby) back in Season 3 when everyone was in Ireland 🇮🇪...Tara took Lyla to the clinic, and Tara was making an appointment for herself because she was pregnant with Jax's baby ( Tara was keeping her pregnancy a secret, Jax didn't know, but Gemma knew, but Gemma didn't tell Jax until they found out that Tara was kidnapped)

Great question Theo. What exactly IS it when a guy can stab a person to death & an hour later dance w/ the love of his life as if they spent the day leading up to the dance tiptoeing through the tulips? I suspect it's a level of compartmentalizing that us "civilians" have trouble conjuring. If you study outlaw culture at all you begin to see through lines. One is that these people see themselves, to a large degree, as soldiers reacting as soldiers would in a war-type situation. We all remember the famous Tony Soprano soliloquy on how soldiers don't go to Hell. So, are the Sons a collection of sociopaths? I don't think so- they very much recognize the reality & value of others & we see time & again, they're capable of great & deep emotions in response to the suffering of others- ie, empathy. Now, obviously, lines get blurred, boundaries ignored & sometimes if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck & quacks like a duck, it's fuckin' duck. But that's why this is the stuff of great drama. Great show as always Brothers.
