This tutorial is wrong! ( 2:50 ) Breaking ALS seal will get you banned/demoted from servers, Best point is to change decoder to 1/5 or 2/6. Depends on maps signal system. Trust me, you might caused some people to get demoted and banned from servers due that section.

If you don't want the red line to flash on the dashboard just try messing with ALS decoder switch until it has a frequency
