Sounds like you have the wrong version of BepInEx.

If you used Unity Mod Manager (UMM) previously, make sure you've clicked the uninstall button in the UMM program. Then try copying the files again. Some folks in the discord server were having trouble with some files getting overwritten, and that was the fix. Hope it helps!

Hi. I would start by saying that the fox is very cute. The video was also good, fully understandable. Even I, who understood English quite poorly, could understand it. But I need help. The situation is that my museum computer cannot run a newer version than version 92 of the derail valley game, unfortunately version 92 is the latest version that still works, but not quite as it should, sometimes it lags a lot. The point is that I want to install a couple of mods, but unfortunately, no matter how much I install it, the mods do not appear, there is only one error message that it cannot find DV.UI.Mainmemu. Can Bepinex help? Or version 92 can't be modded?

BepInEx was only ever used with post-Simulator builds. UMM was used with earlier builds, but the newest mods likely won't work with the old builds. There may be old releases of mods on NexusMods that will work, but it's not guaranteed. Best of luck getting it working! If you need more help, someone on the official Altfuture discord server may be able to provide assistance.

Thanks. I'm not found older mods, just Nexus mods can found for derail valley. I'll see working or not, but your video is understandable, you explained everithing best wey, so congrats for that video. I saw tutorial videos where not can understand nothing thanks for maker, he not explained normally nothing. :D Finally Bepinex , Bepinex configurator and bepinex unity injector is working fine, but installed mods can't enable. How can I found compatible mod for my old outdated game version?

how do you have the train spawner? i cannot get this mod to work, and i dont see a way to get it in game. is it not available for Normal difficulty?

to get the train spawner, you'll need to be in sandbox mode (not career mode)

how would one convert an old mod to bep?? currently nearly all the mods I want to use, i.e. loco mods, are all still UMM mods...

This template was put together to help folks spin up BepInEx mods. Most everything can stay the same. It's mostly the main loader class and configuration settings that need to be changed. github.com/derail-valley-modding/template-bpx

Yes, do be sure to uninstall UMM first before installing BepInEx.
