The Yian Garuga from MHF1 had scars all over it's head, but was counted as a normal Garuga. It only appeared without scars on Freedom Unite.

Rise has been out for less than a week and with free updates planned I might wait until all the updates are out to put out the next version. It’s already made based off the launch monsters but I want to wait to update it more

Fire Pike Wyvern is the title, Leviathan is the type of monster. Different distinctions. It says both in his section

Glavenus, Mizutsune, Gammoth and Astalos make up the Fated Four. Basically the 4 flagships in Monster Hunter Generations. Glavenus was the main flagship but all 4 of them are called the Fated Four and get special treatment in Generations and Generations Ultimate
