flashbolt do around 40 damage or 30 damage to unarmored targets so i doubt itll do much , the grenade fire option is just a regular incendiary grenade so i assume its around 80-full kill if they stand in it entire time

Minus the Crimmigants, Zergs and even the normal Blackout enjoyers who now have access to a supply of Operator Sets, then sure, it is. If it's a one guy walking around without killing anybody, he's probably farming solo or with another friend for more sets since the set makes a player nigh-unstoppable against NPCs. If it's two or more starting to kill the whole server, then that means that it's a group trying to 'take over a server' and they're the few who finished grinding for several sets in low population servers. There's never _always one,_ "perks" of having a looter-shooter being more group-focused. Edit: Only reason why there could be one is that the player's group is asleep or doing something else.

Basicly if someone wants to calculate the damage to any armor he gotta nerd with the calculator🤓 22- (100-40+15) = 22 - 75 = 22-75% = The damage to a peson with a armor [ Damage - (Armor Protection - Penetration + 15) = Damage - Armor protection after pen = Damage - Armor protection after pen%]

They recently changed the penetration now it should be a little bit diffrent but before it just was an add up number when the armor had 50% protection it really had 65%
