Nice! After some if needed editing in LR6, I do the same type of editing in Affinity Photo as you do in PS. Besides the flash dropping out the ambient light, it also helps freeze the subject which is usually moving around when shooting outdoors.

Hi, should have taken scissors to the field and made a thistle hairstyle right in the field, with black velvet behind it.. Then Photoshop would not have been useful.
