Bought 8 Imou cruiser and all make false alarms constantly even though they are adjusted all the way down in sensitivity, the app is really good but with all the false alarms they are sent back to where they were bought and looking for something else.

Hi...i have a question...i installed the camera last year and has been doing good since suddenly its stop bt modem and the camera are ok ,what could be the problem or can full memory affect it

if you dont have internet or wifi, you can take out the SD card from the camera and put it in your PC to look at the video. if you want to watch the video in your app, you need internet and wifi connection.

I bought 2 IMOU cameras for the first and last time. They make updates every 2 weeks. Until the moment they installed me for the last time without allowing them the last update. Now the sd card doesn't work anymore, it asks me to format it every time I log in and any notification pops up. Although I wrote to them about the problem, I did not receive any reply. The camera is still good, but it's annoying and I gave up on it, the outdoor one. They update until the moment you can't use SD card anymore because they shove their paid online storage area down your throat. And so you can't download any recording from the card to the phone. Better in terms of price, quality and many options are those from Xiaomi.

Thanks so much for these vids! Went with 3x IMOU cruisers 👌🏼 do they need a special micro SD card? I tried to order some Samsung 4K U3 EVO PLUS 256GB cards but was told they aren’t compatible 🤷🏼‍♂️ thanks again for your help!

any SDcard can work in it. you just need to format SDcard with this camera software.

@@nokiot9 you need to format the card to save recordings on SDcard. follow the instructions given in manual to connect the camera with your mobile

@@nokiot9 hope that u are using 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi and not the 5 Ghz. also check if u enabled any firewall in your router etc.

If encounter powertrip,and the after resumed power supply...The camera can automatically reconnect?

yes. that is true for almost all the cameras in the market these days.

Igot 2 imou crusier 4 mega Its great but the sd card ask for format every tow days i talked support tram they told me format it as fat 32 i did but the problem is still do you have any ideis to fix this problem and not lose more videos please on sd car its not my problem only im using 64 giga kingston orginal ? Also can you test please AI detection pluse for imou crusier ?

my camera works great and it never asks me to format. i guess is that you might have bad sd card?

Can you help me? I have a 4mp Model and it won’t connect to wireless or wired. It fails during the network security config detection part for the wired and fails during the device detection for wireless. I can’t figure out why it’s broken

its possible that your wifi maybe 5Ghz mode. try to switch to 2.4Ghz mode.

Are u sure it doesnt show false alarms, when human is activated, like for bugs spider webs and other things it doesnt give false alarms?

Of course it does. All the home cameras have false alarm.

What does the Ethernet port do?

I know it's too late but the ethernet port is so you can connect it to your network via lan cable. That way, you won't rely on wifi signal. Cable connection ia more stable than wireless.

@@SamsCube i think its many deffrent models sone moldles contain battery and port for rg if i want to conect it with xvr and some models without battery im very wondering !
