I completely agree with what you said about wanting the JJ/kie thing to click with the pogues. I want everyone to be like “oh yeah that’s why it didn’t work with anyone else.” I also would love to see JJ explain to someone how strong his feelings are because otherwise it wouldn’t be worth messing with the group dynamic, but if the feelings are serious then it is worth it of course. Hope that made sense.

Fun fact: Cleo and JJ were originally supposed to be togather but the writers saw how much fans liked jj and kie so they chose to go with that instead

I binged all of your obx reactions and I’m super excited to watch you react to s3! The best advice I got going into this season, and I guess really for all teen shows like these, is to just suspend your disbelief and enjoy the ride lol. I can kind of see where you’re coming from with the Jiara stuff being a bit obvious and over the top, but as a Jiara truther from day 1 who’s been living off of mostly crumbs so far, it was really great to see them be so intentional about them from the get-go. (But, also, the entire show could just be Jiara scenes and I would still want more, so I may not be the best to judge haha)

jiara 4L & icl i hated the rafe & kiara scenes bc the people who are obsessed wit rafe pushed everything he did aside & tried to say they had sexual tension between them & they actually did crash that plane into the water 😂

and yeah they for sure *put* a plane in the water cause its real when they’re climbing out of it (and also you can see the tubed sandbags or whatever thats holding it in place in the water lol) but the actual flying of the plane into the water was all cgi. they even added cgi to the water in the closeup of the front of the plane right after it crashed to make it look bubbly but even that was rough 😬
