Probably you know it already but still. you go to the commissary -> crystal dust store (scroll down) -> buy fine aesperia gift -> go to inventory -> use the gift -> click the tool set. i think that should help. atleast for others that may see this.

there's always a key card to pick up I would just go back a couple steps in the video

you can switch channels and see if that will help. or try to find some other activities and keep checking every so often

@gaming_with_abyss u found them there. i found them in coordinates 144.0 , 867.0 ( first meet lazzy, then i try go there again and i found angry. at last boheiman. like you said they are random spot. but them on one same spot for lazy,angry and boheiman. the point, when u has meet lazy, so next angry and boheiman will appear there too. i watch your this video. so i try and yes that is it. thanks bro 👍👍👍👍 #sorry_my_bad_ english #greeting_from_indonesia🇮🇩
