Porridge Bowl Recipe: 🥣
Half cup of oats
Half cup of milk (any milk of your choice)
Half cup of water
Half teaspoon vanilla paste
generous teaspoon of honey
Bring to boil and then simmer until porridge thickens to your taste. Add banana, berries and cinnamon! Enjoy!!! 😋

I hate to admit this but I over pack even if just for a weekend. Love how your style is comfortable for you over the years. Unfortunately our metabolism changes as we get older. Somehow in my early 60s I ended up having thyroid issues which made losing weight more difficult and as I got older my weight appeared on my stomach and not on my hips as it use to. I did lose weight but didn't lose off my boob's. Dang...oh to be 20 something again. Funny fact I was divorced in my late 50s and when I date and see pictures of the men when they were young I think dang I missed that. Haha Funny until I realize they also see me as I am now...happy and healthy.

Hi Jo. The body changes most likely due to hormonal changes? Just a guess. But honestly you look great! Bigger boobs? Can't complain too much about that right? lol Hope the eyelash treatment went well. . .you have gorgeous eyes and skin but totally understand about the convenience of not having to do the mascara/curl/remove process.
