Cody I would add some mat material inside the bottle rack and in the bottom so your bottles don't rattle going through the pasture or up and down the road. I also put a hose reel on the for the cutting torch hose and left.

Only one thing you forgot for a portable unit. A spare fuel can. It really helps to have a couple extra gallons on board your portable trailer. It could be the difference between finishing the job and not.

Nice trailer! I’d recommend you koike or gentec quick connects for the cutting torch avoid western enterprises or victor they wore out quick and start leaking. Missing a vise clamp and Fire extinguisher 👍 “keep welding”🤣

What is the purpose of having bottles on a 30 degree angle instead of straight up right. Looks like to me a loss of floor space that’s a premium on a small trailer like yours. Another good idea is to add a piece of 1/4” thick steel plate the width of trailer and starting at rear of trailer go towards welder stoping short of it. Makes solid place To work off of.

You shouldn't have to do that to a bulldog coupler they should open on their own specially being as new as that trailer is. I guess all the bad stuff I've heard about that companies trailers when it comes to quality is true.
