Disgraceful would like to see somebody being held accountable for this poor man's life. Nobody should be locked up without charge or a trial. why does it have to take so long for him to see a judge 3 years disgraceful barbaric unconstitutional. I mean the proper way of doing it is if he was accused of stealing something and he got arrested questioned released and then a trial would be set If the police have enough evidence to prosecute.

Listen to Chris Hedges talks on mass incarceration and his teaching in prisons. I hope Melissa will not do her work in a civil society organisation. What is happening to black Americans if a complete violation of human rights. The privatised prisons are now factories for Calvin Klein, Victoria's Secret and others. God bless you Melissa.
