Growing is a lonely feeling. You are leaving your tribe to find another. It involves immense fear. Trying to gradually make the transition

It can be lonely but even though you may leave some people behind, you'll find many great new people that will add value to your life. And you can make the transition as slowly as needed. You don't need to necessarily completely cut off all communication with your previous tribe, you might just spend less time with them. You can still love them and support them in whatever way makes sense for you and doesn't compromise your own growth.

Tried to be open and honest with my "friend " through communication today, she took it as me arguing with her. The things she said rubbed me the wrong way and now I just don't want to talk to her anymore. She's so overbearing at times and her beliefs and values are too simple minded for me. Our mindsets are not the same.

I can relate, Almost anytime I speak to my friend on the topic of who we like as guys. We both like different kinds of women. I don't have an issue with his dating preferences but when it comes to mine? He argues about x,y,z and how I should do it this way instead of my way. The last time I spoke with him, we talked about a few topics and within 25 minutes of talking I could tell that our mindsets just aren't the same anymore. I have not talked to him since then and feel no desire to even hangout with him. My father is even worse. Can't talk to him about anything, always super negative and the smallest things pisses him off.

This is a tough one that I never expected. It started the moment I left my job and got my license the summer of 2019. Before then I was struggling with quite a few big areas of my life. Felt like I was never gonna get anywhere. The more fears I faced, the more challenges I overcame, the more "Distance" and Disconnected I felt with certain friends and even my own father. From The July of 2019 to even now. I continued to grow and as you would say, I'm now on a different vibration that just does not resonate with certain friends nearly as much. It's a strange feeling but I feel is a necessary one. I've seen many people do this but I never thought that by acting on my own desires and overcoming barriers that I would gradually outgrow certain friendships.
