I always find it funny that in games like this, the main character is being attacked all the time, s/he has comically numerous opportunities to arm him/herself, and never does. In this video, delirious walks past 3 knives on the ground, 12 boards, three knitting needles, 2 machetes, 7 metal pipes of varying length just laying around, 4 candlesticks, 1 coat rack, a bunch of glass shards, and 1 cactus.

My point to this post wasn't that the main character wasn't fighting like a pro or anything, it was just that your average joe would grab whats available and try to protect themselves.
