For outlaw rogue make sure you adrenaline rush straight out the gate forst global then use everything after it definitely is better

2:05 about the timing. I have multiple rogues on EU and NA, one of them I only queued late at night and going 3-3 for like 3 games. Since there are barely any players around 4-5am on weekdays in EU you get extremely shit lobbies. My mmr ended up being lower than my cr by 100 on that char...

Oh yeah the lobbies can be and usually are trash however usually you can go 4-2 as long as your playing a class that can carry based on my schedule I have to q at that time otherwise I don't get to play

Sub is actually the worst spec in the game currently by far for shuffles

Sub is probably better for DMG outlaw has cleave and you don't feel useless 24/7 sub is probably better but outlaw if played well can be just about as good just does no DMG if people aren't stacking
