At 6:14, triumph didnt matter. It was close when ankle had 194 before the tower shot and triumph. Triumph brought him up to 387 and he went down to 214 due to the tower shot. That's 173 damage so he would've survived with 21 health in the case with no minions attacking him.

To be real, tried both 4 BC build and the normal BC + Spirit + Warmog + Tank Item I get to be more useful with the latter.

Also I did the 1 BC to 4 BC test with those dummies. (specifically the E dmg since I was interested in seeing how much dmg can Garen do with his E) Just a reminder, dummies have 100 armor. At Lv 4 E, 4 BC does 870 single target dmg (? on multiple, didn't check) At Lv 5 E, 4 BC does 923 single target dmg (694 on multiple) Max stat ( Lvl 18 Garen, ) 3800HP +- (since he has that HP stacking from GotU rune) 40% CDR (+60AD from Transcendence) Ult is 40.8s with Ultimate Hat at 5/5 Normal auto attacking (1st auto = 181dmg per auto) (Auto with full BC armor break = 201 dmg per auto) Also +70dmg from GotU bonus attack when triggered. Wasn't interested in other stat other than E really.

Ankle you need 2 try THE FULL SPELL VAPM GAREN. literally this build do so mutch damage and sustain like 1v5s. You just build DD, Maw, spirit and gunblade with taste of blood and revenues hunter in your runes. I prefer phase rush for my keystone Rune but you can select anything you like. I believe you get better regen from Doran's shield and it's passive, I used to go 3 Rejuvenation beads with Shen and worked pretty well. But now having Doran's shield passive + Second wind, you have a lot more sustain when anyone hits you, allowing for really good trades early or survivability against poke/ranged champions. Anyway, I'm really enjoying the video

When I first started playing league I was trying to figure out what to play my mechanics were trash and positioning was trash and every other lane was kinda scary so I played garen top he was easy and was very tanky so I didn’t need to worry about mechanics or positioning but I was new to mobas I didn’t understand the concept of buying in game so I just bought heath regen because it made me feel safe taking trades and being able to regen it all back I rushed warmogs, spirit visage, and what ever was in the game that gave me spirit visage and what ever cape/tanky looking items. This was a fun one ankle

I did a regen build and used the Ravenous Hydra which has life steal, regen and dmg and absolutely dominated top lane and split pushes. Was crazy fun.

Grievous Wounds does almost nothing to regen Garen, except for maybe Morellonomicon. The reason is that Garen's regen is post-combat and/or between skirmishes. Executioner's Calling/Mortal Reminder apply GW for 3 seconds, Thornmail for 1 second, and 'nomicon for 8 seconds or some such, meaning that Reminder and mail don't even interfere with neither your ult nor passive, and 'nomicon shaves off a little healing. By the way, the way Warmog's and the passive work makes me think Death's Dance might not be the best item for your playstyle - I have seen you often leave combat to regen and plunge back in full health, the very thing you ought to do. With DD, you'll have to skirt battle for another 5 seconds. Liandry's from Nautilus was bad enough in this regard, but DD would have kept you from regen even longer on top of that. Personally I think Sterak's might have been good on you, giving loads of AD (I think all of Garen scales off total AD, so no loss there), a health boost to improve the passive, a shield and tenacity (and even additional slow resist, I think) when chasing down MF.

I find skarner top with aftershock pretty good, (40-120 damage when you stun enemys +3.5%hp damage, Skarner has 2 in kit) you start E, with the ap gold item. Hint hint. And run sorc, with cel and gathering storm. Why? Because Skarner scales well with everything. Just look at his wiki. 2 the ap gold item generates 2 gold per 10 seconds, with exstra if you hit the enemy champ/tower. So your gaining what? 1-2 exstra cs per wave if your not hitting the enemy + it has mana regen ~wink~. Also it does 1 other thing for yah, it directs that gathering storm's damage into your ap. After that you basically build full take with stuff like triforce though i tend to go guantlet and abymal mask to boost ap damage by 10% mr mana and hp think it has cdr too? throw on a thornmail flamecloak maybe a deadmans all damage from all of them ampped up by abysmal bc they deal magic damage. Plus skarner's E proc's his crystal passive and stun's enemys for 1 second. By takeing it first and maxing w or q depending on matchup/ how the lane is going I find it works pretty damn well. Gnar I have to say the most annoying match up (can't catch him, but can duel him in his ult and win since I get 2 stuns) hardest being quinn (which i auto ban that canser) there is just no winning against her in lane when she vaults away its a champ miss match.

Benjamin Yonko I do count it as a damage item but it was a while before he got it. He ran gnar down and killed him with ease without a cleaver. Thats what I hate, gnar is literally supposed to be able to counter melee juggernauts. Or st least be able to out damage him esrly with percentage health damage but he still couldnt get away.
