Sounds like you might be using the web based version of Outlook. The file option is available on the desktop software versions

1:47:28 - at THIS point, how did you get those screen choices to show up?? When I opened the calendar in new window and hovered over to the inbox side like you did to get a side by side view I didn’t get all those choices showing up and had to manually size the calendar and inbox view side by side. Hi, Thank you for this tutorial, very helpful. In my Outlook, there is no Message Template button. I went to offsite for help and have gotten none. i need to learn and use this feature, does it exist? i have the most recent version. thanks

It is now an add-on. Start a new message and in the far upper right click on the three dots and you should see My Templates.

I just purchased "Microsoft Office 2021", "Professional Plus" to run on my "Windows 11" computer. When I engage Outlook my interface page does not look like yours. It does have many of the same features but it looks different. Are their different versions of of Outlook 2021? Why does my startup page look completely different? It doesn't show any of the ribbon tabs you have at the top of the page unless I engage them separately. What's going on here? I thought I was purchasing "Outlook 2021".

Hello! Outlook 2021 completelly shuts down when I close the window. I can't find it in the systray as it happened for previous versions. Is there a way to fix that? NOTE:I know there's an option to hide it in the systray when MINIMIZED but I didn't like it that much. It just feels weird... Tks and congrats for your work!
