Hey very nice and interesting podcast! Looking forward to more videos. I'm invested in Dubai properties after i must have accumulated adequate quids from my investments. Trading worked well for me because I was able to raise 6 figures in only a few months by putting Chester Norman Dupont advice into practice. Instead of trying to time the market by getting in and out every couple of weeks trading a little portion of my portfolio.

i had to buy a townhouse. my finding was small room, small plots and many beds. a 1500 sq feet plot/ built up with 4 bedrooms. floor plan wasnt good. the front of plot should be reasonable. one dont need to live in lagoons they need to live in home, the front of plot was 6meter wide.
