Very good questions. I think it's probably the latter. Karen was so funny because she was so young and came out with some outrageous comments. Now she's not so young and sometimes appears as though she's trying a little too hard... it is not so natural anymore.

I know, neither is Ben. It's because they're grown up and the way they go on isn't cute anymore. Karen is at an age now to ask those normal intellectual questions she did as a kid and Ben is of an age where his lying and stuff is just not really funny anymore. Such a shame people have to grow up!
