nice video! im a nurse also i work bedside but perdiem at a wellness clinic, i started compounded Semaglutide in my regimen with working out it has helped me with weight loss especially not buying out food as much. You should look into it if your looking for something additional to help with your health journey.

Ooh interesting! I do have a history of PCOS and have been on metformin but not long term due to the side effects. I have been looking for other options and will def look into this!

@@nurse_kriziamake sure you eat 30 grams with every meal and don’t drink coffee on an empty stomach. Eat your fiber, protein, and carbs last to lower sugar spikes. Try to walk for 10 minutes after you eat. I was on compounded Mounjaro and it changed my life. Off all meds now, fixed my insulin resistance, pcos acne and hair loss. Don’t do any high intensity exercise. Low impact weight lifting and walks to not raise your cortisol. Good luck it’s such a journey! -pcos nursing student here. ♥️♥️♥️ you’re such an inspiration and hope to be like you soon!
