2:11 why is the Nibiru's effect( Tribute monster ) activated even if Nibiru was not successfully summoned? because the sentence does not end with ; so it's not an activation cost?

Yupps.. The tribute is not a cost.. Nibiru has 3 effects in sequence under 1 condition to be activated. As long as it meets the condition (and not negated during the resolution), we must apply tribute, summon, give token in sequence. If one of them is failing then the eff stops there. Pitching nibiru with furnitures only makes it fails to apply summon, since it is no longer in hand during the resolution, but as long as no eff prevents it being summoned/negated it will attempt to apply those 3 effs in sequence. Tribute, then stop. CMIIW

@@zerfchannel oh, I went to look for articles about PSCT. I didn't know TCG had such a system to unify the meaning of Yu-Gi-Oh cards. (Before this, when I had questions about the text of Yu-Gi-Oh cards, I would look at the differences in the text of the Chinese or Japanese versions and then understand it.) PSCT is very interesting.
