Thank you and Nna-Mehn TV for highlighting the sorry plight of these Igbo communities mischievously carved into non-Igbo states to ensure they suffer discrimination and neglect. The same thing happened in the southernmost part of Benue State. It is good that you have launched a water provision fund to help them get boreholes and other basic amenities. Peter Obi should see this video, for him to know that what is good for the Gesse is also good for the Gander, he should extend his philantropic gestures of providing borehole water to the northern Nigeria communities to his brothers in this locality of Cross Rivers State too ( They speak Igbo language) and only for being Igbos they can be marginalized. Wake up Igbos. The Cross Rivers State government should borrow a leaf from Governor Alex Otti of Abia State regarding road accessment.

Yes; if they have basic amenities. I used to know an officer from the north in late nineties that was posted to orlu. He said the best of the village life was the smell of nature...the trees and morning dew. He isn't familiar with such vegetation coming from sahel/savanna region. 😁😁😁I also know some ladies that said they didn't know we are jungle people. They were terrified of the village...they were there for the first time for traditional wedding. Again they aren't used to such dense vegetation.

Isobo is part of Igbo mainland but was cut off when Gowon reshaped the Eastern Nigeria by creating East Central State, Rivers State and Cross River State. Successive military administration further caved out part of Abia State to join Akwa Ibom State. They did alk this on purpose to make sure Igbo Heartland is landlocked without having access to the ocean frontline and also to deprive them from having crude oil deposits. But now, there are many discovery of crude oil in some South East states.

@@Igbo_Israel We have Hausa people called nupe, and other tribes but they are called hausa people not some nupe people are hausa . Yoruba has other tribes like ga ile ife people , but they are called Yoruba . We have central igbos , like Anambra , Enugu, when Abakiliki speaks his dialect is , the Abakiliki dialect igbo dialect ? Because Anambra does not understand Abakiliki dialect so it is Akwa ibom , Cross Rivers , Rivers , Bayelsa , Delta , Some parts of Benue , some parts of Kogi are all Ignos . You get the point and is who we are . Hausa Fulani calls Akwa ibom , Ijaws , Cross Rivers and Central Igbos which is Anambra Yam miri

My heart bleeds for Ndi Igbo outside South East. Our leaders should start thinking on how to integrate us into one umbrella. Why create an Orlu state, when such state as Anioma from Delta? Isobo could be integrated into a local government in Ebonyi State...!

I think this people need the road fixed more than anything because i can see beautiful buildings in the community and the indegenes can come together and get some basic amenities. Meanwhile, Igbos should rise to the occasion and help the best way they can.
