Outrider 21 - Quiet Quitting your PhD

Quiet Quitting - or silent quitting - is a characteristic of the post-pandemic workplace. But Quiet Quitting remains a major challenge in the PhD. Students are enrolled and not progressing. Or - students are spending much of their 'enrolment' on a Leave of Absence. How do we stop Quiet Quitting and finish that (damn) thesis? Or - indeed - exit the programme?

@@GraduateStudiesatCDU I'm great thank you; I'm at a writing retreat now just outside of Auckland, and wanted to watched this particular item; I almost quit, but have had a recent surge in motivation in the past month and hearing you again has been great - it all makes sense.
