No what threw him under the bus was the disregard for 7 years of canon..Sam ALWAYS looked for Dean.

If he had said I looked and could not find you, I would have been OK with that, but he did not say he had even looked, so that would be giving up without trying. I don't buy that in the least. SAM WOULD HAVE LOOKED. They ALWAYS look for each other, even when Sam was in the cage with Lucifer, Dean was trying to find a way to get him out. They always looked. The writers did a hatchet job on Sam.

Charlie and I did not care for her, but she is coming back for season 9. But I am very glad Cas will be back, should be fun with him human.

I have to agree with Squirrel here. In what universe does Sam get a dog instead of searching for his brother. Maybe the old Sam, who went to Standford and actually did have Bones, but I don't buy his decision after everything they'd been through. I think they threw both brothers under the bus for the sake of side characters like Castiel, Garth and Felicia Day's character (whose name I have forgotten now)
