Outrun Remake (PS2) Arrange Mode -Time Attack Mode

Wait, you got to be f-n kidding me. There is OutRun remake? How didn't I know about this??? Also I have so many questions right now, but main of them would be: First of all, why do they replaced Ferrari Testarossa with, what looks like Nissan 350z? Second, why the driver is Tommy Vercetti from GTA Vice City?? Third, why is it only on PS2? Is it a part of Sega Ages collection or something?? Fourth, is there anything new outside of "updated" graphics?
