Just a tip: phase rush ain't the best rune for lillia, it can make you fast and your skills will be spammable yet you will lack a lot of damage early and late game, i advise you to use conquer it will make your ganks a lot more stronger and use cosmic drive instead of phase rush trust me this item on Lillia will make your enemies throw their phone away, and also don't forget about her core items liandry's and riftmaker and also the omni vamp rune and stasis is really recommended on her as well

@@maxchristianjava8368 its all about where and when should you pick a champ evelyn for example is great for low elo and solo q but its not gonna work in full party doest that make evelyn bad? no ! you just need to pick it in right place💫
