that was so true man, I want you bro to distinguish between our minds and our brains, our brains people like us who stutter have very sensible brains this is our nature that we were born with, we are aware (using our minds) of who we are but it seems that we cannot fully control our brains, and the reason is we hated our stutter and the more we hate it the more it stands within our memory and brain and becomes an obsession in our life, our brains are already programmed to overthink a lot and amplify things and thoughts with the time and this effect our speech a lot, the moment we give up on that and dont care, the moment we feel free and this is it, thank you and that was a great video.
